Bolero provides comprehensive training for Corporates, Commodity Traders and their partner Banks.

Training is provided individually on the following three key areas:

1. Use of the Bolero messaging channel (Bolero Open4Trade) - all users
2. Bolero web applications (Bolero 4Business) - corporate and commodity trader users
3. Bank-Side web workbench (Bolero 4Banks) – bank users

Training is generally provided specific to the trade finance flows required (Export LCs, Import LCs, Guarantee Applications, Beneficiary-side Guarantees, Collections) and is either conducted on site or provided as remote web-based training.

Training is typically completed within one to two days depending on the number of attendees and modules employed by the customer.
