Our Approach to Community Building
The fast and effective engagement and expansion of the trading community is essential to the early delivery, and ongoing growth of benefits. To do this it is often necessary to adopt a structured approach that is built around ensuring that joining Bolero is easy, quick and cheap. To facilitate this Bolero has developed the Closed User Community model. Accelerated growth is possible because:
- Enrolment is simplified and conducted on-line
- Contracts are simplified and agreed on-line
- Costs are directly aligned to the benefits generated
- Technical set-up and training are remotely co-ordinated
- The on-boarding process is centrally managed by a “community sponsor”
